Shipping Policies

  1. Once orders are confirmed, most take 1–3 business days to process (not including weekends). Once shipped, most orders will take another 7–12 business days (excluding weekends) to arrive, depending on courier conditions.

  2. Late deliveries caused by the courier are not considered KitchenMaiden error. We process orders within 1–3 business days and release them to the courier. Delivery speed and delays are controlled solely by the courier.

  3. Cancellation, re-routing, or refund requests are NOT applicable for any order that has already been processed and assigned a tracking number. All changes must be made before shipment.


Restocking & Reshipment Fee

  1. A restocking fee may be deducted for returns or refunds categorized as non-KitchenMaiden errors. The fee amount depends on the number of items in the order.

  • 1 pc — $8 USD

  • 2 pcs — $13 USD

  • 3 pcs — $16 USD

  • 4 pcs — $21 USD

  • 5 pcs — $25 USD

  • 6 pcs or more — Email KitchenMaiden to verify.

  1. A reshipment fee will be charged for exchange or replacement requests caused by buyer error (incorrect promotion, color, variant, or quantity purchased).

  2. An additional reshipment fee will apply for failed deliveries caused by buyer or courier errors, including:

    • Incorrect or insufficient address information

    • Inaccessible delivery location

    • Buyer moved / recent address change

    • Delivery forwarded by courier

    • Lost shipment due to courier or buyer error

    • Delivered to neighbor or unretrievable location

    • Could not be delivered to intended recipient

    • Delivered to wrong address due to outdated info

    • Returned to sender

  3. Reshipment fee schedule:

  • 1 pc — $8 USD

  • 2 pcs — $13 USD

  • 3 pcs — $16 USD

  • 4 pcs — $21 USD

  • 5 pcs — $25 USD

  • 6 pcs or more — Email KitchenMaiden to verify.


Returned to Sender

Orders returned to sender due to delivery failures may be:

  • Replaced, with an updated shipping address and applicable reshipment fee, or

  • Refunded, minus the restocking fee.


Shipping Information Accuracy

  1. Buyers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information (full name, address, apartment number, zip code, etc.) is correct before submitting the order.

  2. Address change requests must be submitted before the shipment process begins.

  3. KitchenMaiden is not liable for failed deliveries or return-to-sender orders caused by incorrect shipping information. Reshipment fees will apply for re-delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  1. KitchenMaiden is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. Upon request, we will provide:

    • Delivery date

    • Tracking details

    • Courier information
      so the buyer may investigate directly with the courier.

  2. Reshipment requests for lost or stolen packages will incur a reshipment fee.

  3. Refund requests related to lost or stolen packages may be issued minus a restocking fee, depending on item quantity.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and resolve it for you.
